Habits for Life
I'm really starting to enjoy the smell of basil. Tonight's menu consists of an egg quiche with veggies, a plum, grapes, and the leftover bean salad from last night. Our rainbow dinner included the green zucchini that I used in one of the recipes from Get Your Family Eating Right! Authors Lynn Fredericks Founder of FamilyCook Productions and Mercedes Sanchez, M.S., R.D. and Director of Nourishment Education for FamilyCook Productions, and grapes,a purple plum, yellow corn on the cob, red tomatoes. Johnathon still refuses to eat the veggies that he is not use to but he did eat a whole corncob and a banana. He's got yellow down!
