Maggie Lyons has a wonderful sense of humor. Dewi is chock full of clever metaphors that caused me to laugh out loud more than once. The story is short and easy to read. I look forward reading more of Maggie's work.
This book is written by an English author. Spelling is a bit different than American English on a few ocassions. Use this as an opportunity to discuss spelling with your children.
