Wow! Staples Made a $1 Million Donation to DonorsChoose.org and Is Encouraging Customers to Donate In-Stores or Online
I am a teacher. I have spent over $500 a year on school supplies for students who could not afford to bring their own items, and for supplies that the school district did not provide. I know how expensive it is to be a teacher. Unfortunately, full time teachers can only deduct up to $250 of those expenses from their taxes. That is why I was excited to hear about this generous donation from Katy Perry and Staples.
