If you like Sci-Fi and technology, you will love The Infinity Program.
What I like about this book is that it is different than other romance books. There is not a lot of smut. Readers are required to use their imagination which to me is much more romantic than describing all the gory details like most books nowadays. What I didn't like is that the romance didn't seem to add much to the story. It was mostly there gratuitously.
Jon and Harry are friends. They spend time together outside of the office as well as work together. The two men go on an outing together. While away, Harry's mind is taken over by a computer. We find out that it is actually something more (but you will have to read the book to find out what). Instead of doing what he is suppose to, Harry begins programming almost non-stop. He doesn't care about eating healthy. He only eats junk food at work. Jon is worried about Harry, but doesn't really do anything about it.
The ending of the book is a shocker. It is Heart of a Philanthropist's (HoaP) opinion that if you like science fiction you will enjoy The Infinity Program. Note: There is a lot of computer programming jargon throughout the book. However, the author does a good job explaining it so that the layperson will be able to understand what is going on. I did learn something from this book. I am a fan of science fiction!
